INFIRMIER EN PRATIQUE AVANC\u00c9E (H\/F)\u2757<\/p><p>Le poste \u00e0 pourvoir est un poste d&rsquo;IPA G\u00e9riatre multisites + Consultations m\u00e9moire en lien avec le m\u00e9decin + travail en lien avec les m\u00e9decins des EHPAD de la structure dans le cadre de la prise en charge des pathologies chroniques stabilis\u00e9es, pr\u00e9vention et polypathologies courantes en soins primaires.<\/p><p>Profil :<br \/><br \/>\u00catre titulaire du Dipl\u00f4me d&rsquo;\u00e9tat d&rsquo;infirmier en pratique avanc\u00e9e d\u00e9livr\u00e9 par le Pr\u00e9sident d&rsquo;une Universit\u00e9 accr\u00e9dit\u00e9e dans la mention correspondant au domaine d&rsquo;intervention.<br \/><br \/>Justifier de 3 ans d&rsquo;exercice \u00e9quivalent temps plein de la profession infirmi\u00e8re.<br \/><br \/>Nous recherchons une personne ayant le sens de l&rsquo;organisation, un bon relationnel, ayant l&rsquo;esprit d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe et
