M\u00e9decin g\u00e9riatre ou g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste pour le service de SSR de Tarascon.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li>L&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement dispose d&rsquo;un profil d&rsquo;h\u00f4pital de proximit\u00e9 avec une offre large et un positionnement confort\u00e9 dans le cadre de la fili\u00e8re g\u00e9riatrique.<\/li>\n\n<li>Il se compose d\u2019une offre en SSR polyvalent (56 lits), de 10 lits d\u2019EVC, d\u2019un service d\u2019USLD, de 3 EHPAD r\u00e9partis sur les communes de Beaucaire et de Tarascon, de deux SSIAD, d\u2019une \u00e9quipe sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e Alzheimer ainsi qu\u2019une Maison d\u2019accueil sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e de 33 places et d\u2019une \u00e9quipe mobile de g\u00e9riatrie extra hospitali\u00e8re en lien avec le CH D&rsquo;Arles.<\/li>\n\n<li>Le projet m\u00e9dical r\u00e9alis\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment renforce le positionnement dans la fili\u00e8re g\u00e9riatrique du territoire.<\/li>\n\n<li>&#8211; L&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement ouvrira une Unit\u00e9 cognitivo comportementale (UCC) de 10 lits d\u00e9but 2024.<\/li>\n\n<li>&#8211; L&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement, dans le cadre de la labellisation \u00ab\u00a0h\u00f4pital de proximit\u00e9 \u00bb travaille en collaboration avec l\u2019ARS PACA pour envisager une r\u00e9 ouverture de 10 lits de m\u00e9decine dans le cadre de la r\u00e9vision du prochain PRS.<\/li>\n\n<li>L&rsquo;\u00e9tablissement recherche un m\u00e9decin g\u00e9riatre (ou g\u00e9n\u00e9raliste ayant une capacit\u00e9 de g\u00e9riatrie) pour int\u00e9grer l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe m\u00e9dicale sur un poste \u00e0 temps plein (10 1\/2 journ\u00e9es hebdomadaires).<\/li>\n\n<li>Permanence des soins: astreinte op\u00e9rationnelle.<\/li>\n\n<li>Les H\u00f4pitaux des Portes de Camargue est un \u00e9tablissement dynamique qui s\u2019investit dans de nouveaux projets\u00a0!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PROFIL<\/h2>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Le poste vacant est propos\u00e9 en <strong>SMR <\/strong>site de Tarascon<\/li>\n\n<li>Poste \u00e0 pourvoir <strong>d\u00e8s que possible<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li>Tous les m\u00e9decins participent aux astreintes de semaine et de week-end.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pour prendre connaissance de toutes nos offres :<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sur notre site internet : <a href=\"https:\/\/hdpdc.fr\/index.php\/accueil\/professionnels\/nos-offres-demploi\/\">Nos offres d&#8217;emploi &#8211;
