{"id":3335,"date":"2022-06-15T11:09:40","date_gmt":"2022-06-15T09:09:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hdpdc.fr\/?p=3335"},"modified":"2022-06-17T09:56:21","modified_gmt":"2022-06-17T07:56:21","slug":"train-therapeutique","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hdpdc.fr\/index.php\/2022\/06\/15\/train-therapeutique\/","title":{"rendered":"Le train th\u00e9rapeutique"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Train th\u00e9rapeutique : pas de retard sur l&rsquo;\u00e9vasion \u00e0 l&rsquo;EHPAD Clerc de Moli\u00e8res &#8211; site de Tarascon<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;EHPAD Clerc de Moli\u00e8res situ\u00e9 sur la commune de Tarascon s&rsquo;est dot\u00e9 d&rsquo;un train th\u00e9rapeutique virtuel qui m\u00e8ne les r\u00e9sidents \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9vasion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contexte actuel \u00e0 l&rsquo;EHPAD Clerc de Moli\u00e8res :<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-list\"><li>L\u2019EHPAD Clerc de Moli\u00e8res dispose d\u2019une unit\u00e9 ferm\u00e9e Alzheimer de 29 r\u00e9sidents, situ\u00e9e au rez de chauss\u00e9e,<\/li><li>Les r\u00e9sidents ont un acc\u00e8s sur l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur via un jardin ferm\u00e9,<\/li><li>Secteur construit en forme de \u00ab u \u00bb ce qui ne permet pas un circuit de d\u00e9ambulation adapt\u00e9,<\/li><li>Les approches non m\u00e9dicamenteuses apparaissent indispensables dans ce type d&rsquo;unit\u00e9,<\/li><li>Salle <a href=\"https:\/\/hdpdc.fr\/index.php\/accueil\/nos-engagements\/#snoe\">Snoezelen <\/a>construite au sein m\u00eame du service permettant un apaisement pour certains r\u00e9sidents,<\/li><li>Comportements de d\u00e9ambulation de plus en plus importants,<\/li><li>Contexte sanitaire (COVID).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">Dans ce contexte, <strong>les r\u00e9sidents ressentent un besoin d\u2019\u00e9vasion, de sortie tant physique qu\u2019imaginaire.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9sentation du projet \u00ab\u00a0train th\u00e9rapeutique : pas de retard sur l&rsquo;\u00e9vasion\u00a0\u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Le projet est la mise en place dans l\u2019\u00e9tablissement de la \u201cth\u00e9rapie du voyage\u201d,<\/li><li>Cette th\u00e9rapie consiste \u00e0 simuler un voyage dans une r\u00e9plique de compartiment de train,<\/li><li>Le d\u00e9cor reproduit un quai de gare \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de l\u2019EHPAD.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Concerne les r\u00e9sidents atteints de maladie d\u2019Alzheimer ou maladies apparent\u00e9es, accompagn\u00e9s d\u2019un soignant, <\/li><li>Ils pourront r\u00e9aliser un voyage \u201chors des murs\u201d de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement,<\/li><li>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la projection d\u2019un film de d\u00e9filement d\u2019un paysage sur une t\u00e9l\u00e9vision faisant office de vitre du wagon.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Objectif du train th\u00e9rapeutique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce dernier a pour but d\u2019apaiser les patients tout en permettant une stimulation cognitive rendue possible gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des stimuli psycho-sensoriels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En Italie, o\u00f9 le concept est n\u00e9, une \u00e9tude sur cette th\u00e9rapie innovante et non m\u00e9dicamenteuse r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sur 100 personnes aurait permis d\u2019observer une diminution de 30 % des d\u00e9ambulations et de 40 % des traitements m\u00e9dicamenteux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lien vers le site Grand-via, prestataire de service : <a href=\"https:\/\/grand-via.fr\/\">Grand-Via, la th\u00e9rapie du voyage en EHPAD<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-white-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">H\u00f4pital Tarascon<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Train th\u00e9rapeutique : pas de retard sur l&rsquo;\u00e9vasion \u00e0 l&rsquo;EHPAD Clerc de Moli\u00e8res &#8211; site de Tarascon L&rsquo;EHPAD Clerc de Moli\u00e8res situ\u00e9 sur la commune de Tarascon s&rsquo;est dot\u00e9 d&rsquo;un train th\u00e9rapeutique virtuel qui m\u00e8ne les r\u00e9sidents \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9vasion.
